Do I need a contact lens exam?
Yes. Contact lenses are prescription medical devices, and the appropriate lens and prescription depend on your individual vision and fitting needs. Schedule a contact lens exam with an Eye Pros doctor to discuss which contact lens option is right for you.
What insurance does Eye Pros accept?
Eye Pros accepts many major vision and medical insurance plans, including VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Superior Vision and more. Coverage and participating plans vary by location and individual plan. If you're unsure whether your plan is accepted, please contact your preferred Eye Pros office and our team will be happy to help.
How does the $400 savings work?
Eligible annual supply purchases qualify for $400 in total savings, consisting of a $300 Bausch + Lomb manufacturer rebate and $100 Eye Pros in-store credit through December 31, 2026.*
How do I receive my Bausch + Lomb manufacturer rebate?
After placing your order with Eye Pros you will get an email from Bausch + Lomb that directs you to the rebate steps through its Horizon Rewards program.
